COACHING
Junior coaching runs for ages 4–18.

We have over 25 years’ experience delivering high-quality junior coaching in the Downton and Salisbury area, supporting players from first sessions through to county, regional and national level.
​
Led by Lee Mahony, an LTA Level 4 Performance Coach, we offer structured, inclusive coaching for juniors of all abilities — focused on enjoyment, confidence and long-term development.

To get started, book an individual lesson, attend a tennis camp, or try a term-time taster session.​
Term-Time Tennis Session
Venue: Downton Tennis Centre, Wick Ln, Downton, Salisbury SP5 3NF

Junior coaching runs termly, in line with Wiltshire school terms.
​
New players are welcome to join a TASTER session to try coaching before committing.

Mini Tennis & Club Session
Entry-level groups for players new to tennis or developing the core skills for their age.
Futures Sessions
For players who have mastered age-appropriate skills and are progressing more quickly.
Elite Sessions
Small-group sessions for committed players training multiple times per week, alongside individual or additional training sessions.

All junior coaching players must be Downton Tennis Centre members in order to join.
